Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
- Organise and maintain office records and documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and ordered as needed.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Maintain a tidy and organised office environment.
- Assist with basic first aid as and when required.
- Perform other general office tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Assistant should have:
- A strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in providing administrative support in a professional environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
- Must have an enhanced DBS.
