This is a key role within the business, providing essential administrative support while acting as the first point of contact for customers and candidates. The successful candidate will play an important part in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office, supporting compliance processes, processing timesheets, and creating internal and external materials using Canva. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a customer‑facing environment.
