We are looking to build a global portfolio of sports and entertainment projects, delivering commercial, operational and creative consultancy and services.

The ambition is to execute a growth strategy that will see us establish itself as a market leader in the sector.

Role overview

To provide proactive administrative and operational support to ensure the effective day‑to‑day running of the office, supporting staff, managing office processes, and serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, post, and phone calls.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Executive Assistant to Directors (e.g. confirming reservations, domestic and international travel itineraries, concierge enquiries).
  • Assist with expense reconciliation, processing payments, and tracking approvals.
  • Collate documentation for meetings, including board packs, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the planning and delivery of events, including staff socials and company functions.
  • Support the EA and HR team in onboarding new staff members.
Office Management
  • Order, manage, and monitor office supplies and equipment.
  • Establish effective working relationships with ground floor reception and GPE building management.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and external service providers.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Register visitors in the Bluepoint portal.
  • Meet and greet visitors to ensure a professional experience.
  • Manage the meeting room booking system and ensure rooms are prepared for use.
Additional Support
  • Execute personal or ad hoc errands as required for the Board and Directors.
  • Provide flexible support for special projects and business needs.

Qualifications
