What You Will Do
  • Provide tailored support to clients based on agreed thresholds in North Lincolnshire ensuring assistance fits their specific needs at the time
  • Promote and develop the Independent Living Service, focusing on staff training and development
  • Stay informed on the latest evidence-based research and Therapy Services developments to apply knowledge effectively in North Lincolnshire
  • Offer coaching and mentoring to team managers, back care advisors, and others to meet strategic and personal development goals
  • Monitor low-level prescribers’ competencies and support budget management while identifying service-related risks
  • Work collaboratively within the Disabled Facilities Grant process alongside external partners
  • Offer expert advice and support about moving and handling issues and develop and deliver targeted training sessions
Requirements

To be suitable for this role, you should be registered with the HCPC and have a minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant specialism. While being a car driver is preferable due to the nature of the role and travel between multiple sites.
