We are seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding Occupational Health service that supports our colleagues and enhances their ability to thrive at work.

About the Role

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will collaborate closely with the Corporate Health Manager to ensure the effective delivery of Occupational Health services. This dynamic role will involve providing health assessments, advising on workplace health and safety, and supporting colleagues with tailored solutions to help them perform at their best. Your expertise will drive workplace health improvements and foster a positive, safe environment for all.

Key responsibilities include :
  • Conducting comprehensive Occupational Health assessments and creating impartial reports for colleagues and management.
  • Advising on workplace adjustments to enable colleagues to perform their roles safely and effectively.
  • Monitoring colleague health through health surveillance programs, including safety‑critical medicals and drug testing.
  • Promoting compliance with health and safety legislation and supporting health promotion activities.
  • Providing workplace visits and expert advice on physical and psychological health risks in the environment.
About You

You will bring a proactive, compassionate, and solution‑focused approach to the role, ensuring that workplace health needs are met with professionalism and care. Your ability to handle pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and collaborate across teams will make you an invaluable part of the team.

You will also :
  • Be a Registered Nurse with a BSc (Hons) or a BA (Hons) Occupational Health and hold a Specialist Occupational Health Qualification and Part 3 NMC Register: SCPHN (Specialist Community Public Health Nurse).
  • Have experience working within the Corporate or Private Sector preferred.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Be a strong team player with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Proven ability to deliver Occupational Health services, including assessments, health promotion, and policy revision.
  • Proficiency in medical and occupational health electronic systems and general IT tools such as Word and Excel.

This role requires you to be on‑site full time in Knightsbridge.
