Job description

We are working with an OH Provider to source an Occupational Health Advisor for a full-time role at Heathrow Airport, working 4 days a week at Heathrow and 1 day a week from home. This role is mainly case management, and you’d be working within a small team which includes an OH Physician, Physios, Technicians and Nurses. The service delivers case management, driver medicals, safety critical medicals and drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice.
  • Provide professional, comprehensive and evidence based written reports.
  • Provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice relating to OH.
  • To provide clinical supervision and support other team members, where less experienced.
  • Case Management and provision of OH advice.
Qualifications / Essential Skills
  • NMC registration.
  • Case Management experience within Occupational Health, including phone-based assessments and written reports.
  • Good IT skills.
