• Full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification is essential.
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or Nursery Practitioner.
• Good knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection.

Nursery Room Senior – Leatherhead

Salary: Up to £30,000 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

• Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to children’s developmental needs
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards
• Monitor and celebrate children’s developmental milestones
• Build strong, positive relationships with families
• Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality childcare and education
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification – essential
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator)
• Good knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
• Strong communication skills and a passion for childcare
