MIN Level 3 Early Years Educator for this position ( sorry no Health & Social Care)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our team.

The ideal candidates will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting their development through engaging activities. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage daily nursery operations while providing exceptional childcare.

Duties
  • Create and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development.
  • Supervise children during their play, ensuring a safe and supportive environment is maintained. Be a great Play Buddy, friend & role model.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships.
  • Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and sharing insights with parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, organised nursery space that is conducive to learning.
  • Work together to collectively provide the mindful adults of the 'Leap Ahead Family'
Skills
  • Strong background in Early Childhood Education & relevant qualifications in childcare.
  • Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to drive initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage daily tasks effectively.
