Qualifications

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (Ofsted-approved) required.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies is mandatory.
  • Experience in planning age-appropriate activities for 3 months – 5 years.
  • Ability to observe and assess children’s development effectively.
  • Knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety standards in early years settings.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
