A leading childcare provider in Tiptree seeks a passionate Level 3 Childcare Practitioner. This full-time role offers a salary of £27,060.80 per year, along with a £400 Qualification Recognition bonus after 6 months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing enriching experiences for children, ensuring hygiene and compliance with regulations. Level 3 Childcare Practitioner - Full-Time
Salary: £27,060.80 per annum + Qualification Bonus. We value the dedication and expertise of our Level 3 Practitioners. We offer a £400 Qualification Recognition bonus to all Level 3 Practitioners across all our Nurseries. This bonus is paid after 6 months of service (based on a 40 hour working week); bonus pro-rata for part-time staff.

We are very proud to have received our Ofsted GOOD rating in December 2024, with a team that works together daily to invest time in getting to know the children and what interests them. We implement this into day-to-day practice, planning to enhance our children and families learning, environments and experiences.
