Job summary

A children's charity in Hastings is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join its Nursery team. The role requires at least a Level 2 Childcare qualification and experience working with young children. Responsibilities include planning and contributing to a nurturing environment while working collaboratively with parents and team members. Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum Level 2 Childcare qualification.
  • Experience in a childcare setting with children aged 0-5 years is required.
  • Must possess good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to planning, monitoring, evaluation and development of the nursery.
  • Work in close partnership with parents and as part of a team to offer quality learning experiences.

Skills

Experience working in a childcare setting with 0-5’s
Good up to date knowledge of the EYFS

Overview

Creating space where children, young people and families are inspired and supported to flourish. FSN has an opportunity to join our FSN Nursery team at Greenway Nursery, Hastings. Position: Nursery Practitioner.

Key Details
  • Minimum of a Level 2 Childcare qualification
  • 30 hours per week, all year round
  • £19,797 per annum
  • Monday – Friday 12pm – 6pm
  • Fixed leave: December 3/4 days and August 10 days
  • Successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check – Children’s Workforce
