Position: Nursery Manager

Contract: Full-time (part-time considered for the right candidate)

At Mini Montesaurs, we're on an exciting journey of growth, and we're now looking for an inspiring and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our fabulous team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education, confident in leadership, and ready to help shape and grow our unique setting.

Responsibilities

• Can lead by example and inspire a team of practitioners
• Is highly knowledgeable in EYFS and committed to delivering the very best outcomes for children
• Brings creativity, organisation, and a sense of fun to the role
• Has excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with staff, children, and families

What We're Looking For
