This role involves some weekend and bank holidaysworking, for which enhancements are paid in line with the HCC salary policy.

Main duties of the job
  • Deliveroutstanding nursing care: Be responsible for the whole patientexperience, including clinical diagnosis and treatment, and provide the highestquality, holistic and person-centred care to our residents.
  • Build relationships: Developpositive connections with our residents, families, and carers and involve themin care planning, monitoring, and evaluating services.
  • Collaboratewith a supportive team: Work with a well-resourcedmulti-disciplinary team, receive full support in your role, and mentor,support, educate and supervise other team members.
