Our client, a well-respected law firm specialising in the lending sector, is seeking a bright and ambitious NQ property lawyer to join their expanding property department for this office based position. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role within a dedicated team.

Position Overview
As an NQ Property Lawyer, we are seeking someone with both residential and commercial experience with the additional exposure to receiver and auction sales. You will work closely with clients, brokers, valuers, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle both residential and commercial property matters
  • Interact effectively with clients, brokers, valuers, and solicitors to facilitate transactions
  • Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
