Responsibilities

• Work within a busy claimant litigation team and independently manage a caseload varying in both value and complexity.
• Handle the claim from initial enquiry through to settlement.
• Draft witness evidence, instruct relevant experts, review medical evidence and prepare schedules of loss.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
