Qualifications

• Previous experience in a process, technical or NPD role is desirable.
• Degree-level or equivalent in a food based/manufacturing subject is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support transition of product from kitchen concept to production.
• Generate and maintain internal factory recipe paperwork.
• Organise and execute factory trials.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise recipes.
• Collect and analyse data to validate product performance.
