About you

• Proven experience in chilled food manufacturing NPD, with a strong track record of delivering products from concept through to launch.
• Previous experience working directly with major UK retailers, ideally leading customer-facing projects.
• Excellent project management skills, able to balance multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Passionate about food innovation, trends, and continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?

• Managing the NPD pipeline, leading projects from initial concept through to successful launch.
• Acting as the key customer interface, presenting concepts and managing briefs with leading UK retailers.
• Collaborating closely with technical, operations, and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, in budget, and to specification.
• Driving innovation by monitoring food trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity.
• Supporting and developing the NPD team to foster creativity and excellence.
