Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Customer facing and claims/query management role, preferably in Health Care.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
  • Competence in oral and written communications.

Responsibilities

  • Raise claims within SLA, investigate to resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and assist with audit requirements.
