A respected international medical society is seeking a Non-Medical Trustee to contribute to its governance. The role involves periodic meetings across Europe and overseeing aspects of the organization. Candidates should have significant leadership experience, ideally in complex international settings. This is a voluntary role with necessary travel expenses covered.

Europe-based (Remote, with periodic in-person meetings). The role requires European travel. Quarterly meetings are held at different locations
The European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS) - the second largest Ophthalmic Society in the world - is an internationally highly respected medical society committed to promoting and advancing education and research in the field of cataract and refractive (vision correction) surgery and the study and practice of ophthalmology.
