This role involves leading non-functional testing, utilizing various performance test tools, and requires expertise in application operational acceptance testing and solution architecture. Qualifications

Skills

Expert level knowledge of multiple Performance Test Tools

Ability to create custom solutions to generate load for proprietary protocols

Expert level knowledge of Application Operational Acceptance Testing

In depth knowledge of diverse solution architectures

Good knowledge of SCADA and Real-Time Control

Preferably OSI Aspentech / DGM Products

Electricity Transmission domain experience

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations

Understanding of Security Architectures

Use of JIRA, X-ray and JQL

Hands on experience with Neoload and LoginVS

Overview

Non-Functional Test Lead — 6 Month contract initially. Based: Hybrid/Wokingham - Max 2-3 days p/w onsite. Rate: £400 - £450 p/d (via Umbrella company).

The role also provides an excellent opportunity to gain a Security Clearance, up to SC level.

Key Skills & Experience

• Expert level knowledge of multiple Performance Test Tools
• Ability to create custom solutions to generate load for proprietary protocols
• Expert level knowledge of Application Operational Acceptance Testing
• In depth knowledge of diverse solution architectures, able to architect appropriate NFT solutions.
• Good knowledge of SCADA and Real-Time Control and NMS (Network Monitoring Systems)
• Preferably OSI Aspentech / DGM Products
• Electricity Transmission domain experience or similar industry.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to power systems and control systems engineering (e.g., IEC101, IEC104, GI74, IEC 61850, IEEE standards).
• Understanding of Security Architectures and principles.
• Use of JIRA, X-ray and JQL and Power BI for reporting.
• Hands on experience with Neoload and LoginVS
