The Role

This is a rare opportunity for a talented Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate who is looking to be a senior figure within a well-respected and highly-ranked practice, to be based in Manchester.

As a senior associate you will be working on a wide range of matters which include anything from JCT's to advising with a diverse range of clients including developers, contractors, architects, and consultants, helping them navigate complex construction projects. You will also have a hand in advising pre-litigation in regards to contractual aspects of the process.

This firm have a very strong reputation across Real Estate, Projects & Construction providing you with a broad pallet of work.

You will be working closely alongside the partners and associates in the team, dealing with a high quality level caseload whilst being provided the springboard to progress to partnership in a short period of time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow the non-contentious construction practice within the firm
• Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of non-contentious construction law, including contract negotiation, procurement, risk management, and project delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs
• Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to provide comprehensive legal support to clients
• Mentor and manage junior lawyers and support staff
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide proactive legal guidance
