Multi-Skilled Engineer (Nights) - FMCG

Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 6pm-6am

A growing FMCG business is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join its nightshift team. With major site investment and automation plans underway, this is a great time to come on board.

The Role
  • Carry out daily maintenance of production equipment
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns with fault-finding and repair
  • Log work completed, root causes, and materials used in CMMS
  • Support planned preventative maintenance programme
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, H&S, and quality standards
  • Contribute to improvement projects and suggest ideas to optimise machinery and processes
  • Work closely with operations and other teams to ensure smooth production
About You
  • Fully qualified multi-skilled engineer (electrical bias )
  • FMCG or food manufacturing experience desirable
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Hands-on, flexible, and able to work under pressure
  • Team player with attention to detail
