Night Warehouse Manager

Night Warehouse Manager required for leading Food Distributor based in Essex. Night Warehouse Manager MUST have led multiple teams of Warehouse people and managers in the Food Distribution industry. Night Warehouse Manager MUST have experience working in a fast paced food logistics environment.

The Role

• Management of a night warehouse team
• Coaching the team to reach their full potential
• Communicating openly and consistently, delivering key messages to the team at the right time
• Managing recruitment, absence, performance, conduct, safety and service
• Allocating work considering individual/team capability and legal driving hours to achieve targets
• Carrying out good quality investigations

The Package

• Salary: 41,500
• Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 20:00 – 05:30
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
