Night Shift Supervisor - L32

Pay: £15.04 per hour + night shift allowance

Are you a hands‑on leader with warehouse experience looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We're looking for a Night Shift Supervisor to join our fast‑paced team at our L32 location. In this role, you'll support the Despatch Manager in running smooth warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at all times.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and motivate a dedicated warehouse team, ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities.
• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, from stock management to order picking and dispatch.
• Monitor stock accuracy through Perpetual Inventory (PI) checks and maintain precise records.

• Work closely with the Despatch Manager to receta staffing levels to meet fluctuating demand.
• Ensure all orders are dispatched on time and meet customer specifications.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational compliance.
• Report and manage any damage or issues in the warehouse promptly.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a busy warehouse or distribution environment.
• Current FLT and/or Reach Truck licence.
• Strong understanding of all warehouse operations (goods‑in, picking, stock movement).
• Experience managing teams under tight quality and efficiency targets.
• Excellent organisational skills and commercial awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn bespoke systems.
• Confident leader with strong people management skills, able to work independently.
