Responsibilities

• Work closely with the night shift team and supervisors.
• Adhere to all site health & safety procedures.

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Shift FLT Driver to join a busy distribution centre in Erith. The company specialises in delivering high-quality kitchen products and components to Howdens , and you’ll play a key role in keeping the warehouse operation running smoothly overnight.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Forklift Truck (Counterbalance and / or Reach – depending on licence)
• Loading and unloading trailers and vehicles
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse
• Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
• Ensuring accurate completion of paperwork and stock movement records
• Working closely with the night shift team and supervisors
• Adhering to all site health & safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR preferred)
• Previous experience within a warehouse or distribution environment
• Ability to work night shifts on a long-term basis
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Reliability and the ability to work independently
