Job title: Night Registered Veterinary Nurse
Location: Village Vet Hampstead, North London
Hours: Part-time hours, 30.4 hours per week (based on annualised hours and overnight shifts). Full-time hours are 40 hours per week.
Practice: Village Vet Hampstead
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum (full-time equivalent, based on a 40-hour week), dependent on experience and pro-rata for hours worked.

Village Vet Hampstead is a 24‑hour hospital accredited by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, supporting the wider North London area. Our hospital operates as an emergency and critical care hub with a varied caseload that includes gastric dilatation‑volvulus, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, intensive post‑operative monitoring, and medical in‑patient care. The pace is dynamic but supported, with excellent communication between day and night teams through structured handovers. You’ll be part of a close‑knit overnight team with a veterinary surgeon and patient care assistant, while also benefiting from a broader clinical community of experienced registered veterinary nurses, patient care assistants, and certificate‑holding veterinary surgeons.
