Responsibilities

• You’ll manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and check outs and ensuring all guest enquiries/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

About the venue

Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Norwich and is 4*, 166-bedroom property.
