Overview

Role: Night Porter

Location: Liverpool

Salary: Up to £12.90 OTE including tronc Company Benefits

The Night Porter is instrumental in overseeing the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise. This is a hands-on role managing the guest expectations and ensuring the standards of the brand are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise and manage the Night shift to ensure smooth operation.
• Take responsibility for the Food & Beverage Department during the night.
• Welcome guests in a friendly and helpful manner and ensure that public areas are kept immaculate.
• Clean public areas and prepare meeting and event spaces for the next day.
• Assist guests with luggage, handle enquiries and carry out nightly Health and Safety audits.
• Be organized and maintain excellent communication with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial.
• Experience of night shift work is essential.

Shift, Schedule & Benefits

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. We can offer flexibility if required. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview. The role is generally busier during evenings and weekends.

Training & Progression

We offer nationally recognized apprenticeships alongside detailed brand training to support your development. Successful candidates can progress to Night Supervisory or Assistant Night Management roles.
