Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of logistics and transport industry.
• At least 5 years experience in a managerial role within the transport industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage drivers and vehicles ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations.
• Efficiently manage the outbound schedule to meet collection and delivery times.
• Control paperwork for outbound vacancies ensuring 100% accuracy.

Skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows package (word and excel)

Strong working knowledge of GTS and the GTS system

Knowledge of and experience within the logistics sector

Good working knowledge of WTD and EU drivers hours regulations

Education

GSCE in Maths and English at at least a grade 'C' or equivalent

5 GSCEs at at least a grade 'C' or equivalent
