Qualifications

  • Experience of working as a Care Support Worker or equivalent in a health or social care setting.
  • Experience of working within a team.
  • Interest or experience in supporting other health care staff and learners.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and treatment overnight to patients.
  • Complete 4 night sits per week, 22:00‑07:00.
  • Maintain a full driving licence and use an appropriate vehicle.
  • Adhere to the Lone Worker Policy for safety.

Skills

Good communication (written and verbal skills)
Basic IT skills
Good organisational skills
Ability to travel across locations
Full UK driving licence

Education

NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare or equivalent
Level 1 Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE English and Maths)
