THE ROLE

  • -Consistently deliver the Maison UK service standard to residents and all visitors
  • -Undertaking all duties from the front desk
  • -Establish and maintain positive relationships with the residents to best understand their needs
  • -Solving problems for the residents
  • -Give recommendations to our residents
  • -Replying to resident emails, messages and calls
  • -Assist with resident move-ins
  • -Parcel management and security
  • -Promote resident events and engagement on The Maison UK website and social media platforms (plus the upcoming app)
  • -Good knowledge of local city attractions, destinations and surrounding areas
  • -Able to use initiative to enhance the developments reputation and make the community the best available
  • -Working with senior management to assist in building the Resident Experience model that will be rolled out across all of our future developments
