We’re getting ready to open the doors to Bay Court, a brand-new, purpose-built care home in the beautiful seaside town of Largs and we’re looking for a clinically astute Night Charge Nurse to lead our night team with confidence, kindness, and calm authority.

Our 80-bed luxury home has been designed to deliver exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite Care in a setting that feels both modern and deeply personal.

What we offer:

• £23.25 per hour (Equivalent to £47.598.33 per annum)
• 39.37 hours per week (3 nights one week, 4 nights the next)
• Shift times: 7:45 PM – 8:00 AM
• Paid NMC fees, PVG, and uniform
• Free onsite parking

• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract)

Your role:

As Night Charge Nurse, you’ll lead the home during night shifts, ensuring every resident receives safe, responsive, and person-centred care.
You’ll be supported by a strong clinical leadership team and work closely with our Home Manager, who holds the prestigious Queen’s Nurse title. Together, you’ll foster a culture built on compassion, professionalism, and high standards.

This is a key leadership role, offering the chance to mentor your team, manage complex care needs with confidence, and help shape a supportive, values-led environment from the very beginning.
