Your Role

• Design and execute testing strategies to assess system scalability, reliability, and response times.
• Develop load testing scenarios using tools like LoadRunner, Performance Center, and AppDynamics.
• Analyse performance bottlenecks and identify capacity limits.
• Create automated performance test suites for continuous validation.
• Monitor system behaviour under stress using tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, Kibana, and Splunk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and improve testing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support defect resolution with developers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to internal tech communities.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in performance testing with strong scripting skills.
• Proficiency in tools like AppDynamics, LoadRunner, and Splunk.
• Solid understanding of HTTP protocols, REST APIs, and non-functional testing for web UIs.
• Skilled in API testing and load generation frameworks.
• Ability to write SQL queries and understand database schemas.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk mitigation and control.
• Capable of leading collaborative assignments and mentoring peers.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and convey complex information.
