2 New Homes Sales Advisors needed for a reputable private developer in South Wales. Role 1: Site-based position at a stunning development in Abergavenny. Role 2: Roaming Sales Advisor covering all developments in South Wales.

You don't need to have a property sales background, but a strong sales record is a must. Ideal candidates will be sales-focused, able to work alone, and skilled at organising their own diaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report on build progress, competitors and contracts.
• Reserve new homes.
• Communicate effectively with customers, financial brokers, solicitors, and estate agents.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for property and have good knowledge of the local area.

Perks:

• £27,500 salary
• Commission on plot sales (£500 per sale)

Hours: 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Thursday to Monday. 1 in 6 weekends to be taken from holiday allowance.
