We have an exciting opportunity for a New Business Underwriter to join the Markel team. You will be a member of a successful national underwriting team dealing exclusively with a variety of care and charity risks in accordance with Markel’s underwriting appetite.
The role is based within the Care Sales team, dealing with a wide variety of Social Welfare, Care, Not For Profit and Charity policies. Working alongside other departments within the business to develop and maintain relationships both internally and externally and deliver an exceptional service to our brokers.
The role of New Business Underwriter is to work as part of the Sales team providing an excellent underwriting service for brokers in the UK.
