The role involves collaborating with partners on strategic initiatives, managing the business pipeline, and leveraging market insights. About your new role
Provide new business development support to Partners in the client services Insurance segment, to drive profitable growth and revenue in line with the firm's financial objectives.
Assist Partners in converting key business development opportunities into revenue.
Identify and develop opportunities for new work from prospects in existing sectors, new market sectors, or through cross-selling to existing clients.
Support Partners with coaching on new business development and sales activities, and identify training needs.
