An excellent role has become available, primarily a desk-based, development-oriented position, ideal for someone with commercial insurance knowledge who enjoys sales and aims to progress to Account Executive within 18 to 24 months.
Initially, the role is office-based, involving a dual function of new business broking and supporting Directors in acquiring new clients. You will also have the opportunity to build your own pipeline through marketing campaigns, networking, and leveraging existing data, retaining clients you secure as part of your growing portfolio.
Suitable candidates come from diverse backgrounds, including telesales, lead generation, brokerage, account handling, or commercial underwriting. It is essential that applicants are proactive in new business development and possess a reasonable level of commercial insurance expertise.
