Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Estimator on Social Housing Contracts or for a New Build Developer.
• Strong commercial awareness is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Traditional and Design & Build tenders.
• Appraise tender documents and prepare subcontract and material inquiries.
• Produce detailed and measured bills of quantities.
• Manage risk and value.
• Prepare budgets, estimates, and cost plans.
• Conduct internal tender adjudications and external client presentations.
