Qualifications

  • Monitor and maintain complex network infrastructures including L2 and L3 systems.
  • Troubleshoot and configure Cisco LAN/WAN systems.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation every 7 weeks.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and maintaining complex network infrastructures including L2 switching, L3 routing, SD-WAN, wireless, and firewalls
  • Troubleshooting and configuring Cisco LAN/WAN systems
  • Participating in an on-call rotation (1 in every 7 weeks)

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco network devices
  • Strong understanding of IP networking, particularly with BGP and OSPF routing protocols

Nice-to-Have Experience:

  • Working with Juniper core network environments
  • Supporting and troubleshooting Meraki wireless access points
  • Experience with firewall technologies such as Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, or Checkpoint
  • Exposure to Silver Peak SD-WAN troubleshooting

Location:

  • Perth, Scotland (Hybrid – 1 to 2 days per week on-site)

Salary:

  • Competitive base salary between £50,000 and £65,000
