A leading organisation in Oxford is seeking a Network Engineer responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of global network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with enterprise network architectures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with non-technical staff. Key responsibilities include ensuring network uptime, maintaining security, and supporting new network capabilities. A customer-focused attitude and technical certifications would be advantageous.

Working in our IT Networks team as part of the wider Infrastructure team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, managing and maintaining all aspects of the global network infrastructure, ensuring the best possible uptime and availability to support the business’ customers, goals and growth.
In this role, you'll need to interact and engage with other teams and explain technical issues to non-technical staff. As such, we're looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can develop and maintain productive working relationships. You'll also have good organisational skills, the ability to handle multiple projects and work items and a keen attention to detail. If you hold any certifications, this would be a bonus.
