Job description
We are looking for
  • Server Management : Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers in a virtualized environment (VMware / Hyper‑V)
  • Network administration : Management of LAN / WAN networks, including switches, routers and firewalls; monitoring of network performance and security.
  • Backup & Recovery : Development of disaster recovery plans
  • Software management : Installation, configuration and updating of company software as well as license management
  • Monitoring : Use of monitoring solutions (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) to monitor system availability and performance; proactive identification of problems.
  • Documentation : Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and operating instructions
  • Project work : Support in the planning and implementation of IT projects, e.g. migrations, rollouts of new systems or cloud solutions.

Required
  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in system administration
  • Solid knowledge of : Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP; network technologies (TCP / IP, VLANs, VPN); virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper‑V); backup solutions (Veeam); security solutions (firewalls, etc.)
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking abilities
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to work independently; strong communication skills
