Forbes Advisor is looking for a Native campaign manager to join the Performance Marketing team. Proven campaign management across Native platforms such as: Taboola, Outbrain, Microsoft and MediaGo is essential to be successful in this role. Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving the performance targets of your campaigns and helping the Native team achieve their overall growth goals
• Launch and manage multiple high-budget Native campaigns across Taboola, Outbrain and Microsoft ads
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify trends and implement optimizations to maximize ROI and meet KPIs
• Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and inform future strategies
• Regularly come up with and test new ad images and copy
• Work with the CRO team to come up with advertorial tests to drive performance uplifts
• Test new targeting, bidding and creative strategies to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends
• Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders highlighting successes, challenges and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Proven 5 years experience in Native ads working across Taboola, Outbrain & other Native platforms
• Proficiency in managing large-scale Native campaigns - ideally with a mix of lead-gen and eCommerce
• Experience launching and scaling Native campaigns from scratch
• Strong technical platform ability experience with different bid strategies, audience targeting and other platform features
• Proven ability to create winning ad images and headlines
• Able to write advertorial copy which achieves campaign goals
• Experience analysing large data sets to make data-driven campaign management decisions
• Ability to co-ordinate with internal teams and external platforms
