We are seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our maintenance team. The role involves carrying out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across residential properties and communal areas. The ideal candidate will be versatile, reliable, and capable of delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of trades.

Responsibilities

• Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
• Carry out general repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, and decorating
• Diagnose faults and take appropriate remedial action
• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver maintenance services across multiple sites
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and staff

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader or similar role within maintenance
• Strong skills across a range of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and decorating
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering quality work
