About the Role

We're on the lookout for a Marketing Executive Apprentice to join our growing team and support both our sales and marketing efforts.

You'll play a key role in helping us build our brand, drive new business, and engage audiences across platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Mailchimp.

This is a hands‑on role for someone passionate about music, content, and digital trends, eager to learn how marketing and sales work together in a creative business.

You'll work closely with the creative team helping to plan, publish, and promote content while learning how to manage campaigns and build industry relationships.

Responsibilities Marketing & Content
  • Plan, schedule, and post content across key social platforms
  • Publish podcast episodes and manage cross‑platform promotion.
  • Draft and schedule weekly Mailchimp newsletters and support ongoing email marketing activity.
  • Assist in the setup, testing, and performance tracking of paid ad campaigns.
  • Support with uploading and maintaining playlist content across key DSPs.
  • Monitor and engage with audiences, responding to comments and interactions across platforms.
Sales & Outreach
  • Support new business outreach through LinkedIn and Lemlist, helping identify and contact potential clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with new leads and contact information.
  • Conduct light research on prospective clients (artists, labels, brands) and assist in tracking campaign performance.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work with the creative team to coordinate social and marketing campaigns.
  • Support in tracking performance metrics and producing simple reports on reach, engagement, and growth.

  • Monday & Friday Office (London Bridge)
  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Remote

  • Proactive, organised, and eager to learn about the business side of music
  • Positive attitude and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, creative environment
Skills Required
  • Confident across major social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of tools such as Mailchimp, Lemlist, or Meta Business Suite is a plus
Qualifications Required

Five GCSEs at Grades A*-C or 9-4 (including English & Maths), Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths, or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Things to Consider

The apprenticeship programme and your employment are fully integrated. You will be expected to show strong commitment to both your job role and your training. While the majority of your time will be spent working at Music Maestro, a dedicated part of your contracted hours will be set aside for training towards your accreditation.
