A major health organization in Wales is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join their Musculoskeletal Outpatients and Lifestyle service. This full-time position involves working with patients requiring musculoskeletal therapy, conducting assessments and sessions to improve health outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical reasoning skills, relevant experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients. A commitment to professional development and best practices is vital. A competitive salary range of £39,263 to £47,280 is offered.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work as a Band 6 Physiotherapist, to work flexibly in the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Outpatient service in the East area of BCUHB.
This permanent role offers a split between working in MSK outpatients alongside the Lifestyle Management Program (LMP). LMP is a service offered to patients with BMI greater than 35 to prepare them for, or reduce the need for lower limb joint arthroplasty. The role involves individualised assessments and group sessions in community based gym/ leisure facilities, working with exercise professionals to improve the health and well‑being of this patient group.
The physiotherapy service in BCUHB offers a whole career pathway to Band 8A as an advanced clinical practitioner. Service improvement and development is encouraged and all staff have access to regular supervision and training.
