Overview

Are you a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist looking for an opportunity to provide exceptional care and share your expertise? As a Hospital Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent pharmaceutical care and guidance across 3 sites in the Mid Yorks area. This reputable and community-oriented pharmacy group is committed to the highest standards of care for their patients. If you are passionate about improving well-being, eager to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and supportive environment, we want to hear from you.

45 average weekly hours between Monday - Friday 8.30am - 8pm (eg. fewer but longer days an option).

Responsibilities
  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient care.
  • Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management.
