Multi Trader - Damp & Mould (Council Properties)

Location: Saffron Walden & surrounding areas

Salary: £23 per hour

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader with strong damp and mould experience to work on council-owned residential properties in and around Saffron Walden.

Responsibilities

• Treating and repairing damp and mould issues in occupied and void properties
• Carrying out mould washes, sealing, plaster repairs, and redecorations
• General multi-trade repairs including basic carpentry, plastering, painting & patch repairs
• Working within council and social housing standards
• Completing job reports and maintaining high customer care standards
• Following all health & safety procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader, ideally within social housing or council properties
• Strong background in damp and mould treatments
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
