A building maintenance and improvement company in Greater London is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance in social housing properties. Candidates should have proven ability in multiple trades, an NVQ Level 2/3 in a core trade, and a full UK driving licence. This role involves working in occupied properties, ensuring high-quality service while following health and safety standards.

We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join our team covering the South London area.
You will be expected to carry out a wide range of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishments within occupied and void social housing properties. The role requires competence across multiple trades, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with health & safety and customer care standards.
