Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fabric disciplines.
• City & Guilds or NVQ certification in relevant discipline.
• Experience as an LV/HV Authorised Person is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance services.
• Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) using Ostara.
• Respond to building alarms and manage reactive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain compliance and safety standards.
