Shift Pattern: 4 nights on and 4 nights off – 38.5 hours per week

Salary £50,881.11 including shift allowance

As our Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer, your role will be to support the smooth running of the factory, resolving breakdowns and delivering planned maintenance. Alongside this, you will drive improvements across the site, introducing new machinery and ensuring hygiene, quality, and performance are maximised. Day‑to‑day, your role will include reactive and proactive maintenance work, carried out to the highest levels across our entire factory.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Apprentice trained in a related engineering discipline Electrical & Mechanical
  • NVQ3/ONC/HNC in a related engineering discipline Electrical & Mechanical
  • Must be Multi‑Skilled in experience
  • Electrical qualifications essential
Knowledge & Experience:
  • Experience of engineering within a food production essential
  • Continuous improvement experience, tools and techniques.
  • TPM methodology awareness.
  • Safe systems of working, LOTO
  • PUWER
  • Permit control
  • HACCP and GMP qualification
